The Details:

I will attend 1 prenatal visit at your home (or place of your choosing) to talk, become acquainted, and identify postpartum needs.

From the time that we sign a contract together, until your last post-partum visit, I am available to you by text or phone call.

I can help with newborn feeding, changing, and bathing, cooking meals, light cleaning, grocery shopping, and helping you nap or take care of your postpartum body. I can also help you talk through and process your birth if you so desire.

After your birth, I will come for my first visit within 24 hours.
